"First time at Bert's for Bangkok Nights to try their new Thai food menu! Great food, friendly service and cozy atmosphere. We got the Chicken Satay, Royale Tom Yum soup Shrimp, Beef Pad Thai, and Panama Curry. Definitely recommend checking it out!! Nice small family business doing great things! Prices are great too!"

"I've been going to Berts for about 25 years. Always a good meal. The best thing on the menu is the dressed burger. The cheesteak is second best. It's under new ownership and they've changed a few things. You can still get things made the older ways if you ask. I'm not a fan of field greens so I usually have to ask for iceberg on my salads. Sometimes in the summer time they have macaroni salad and carrot and raisin salad for sides. The fresh cut fries are amazing. If you ever get veal parmesan to go, ask them to put a piece from tin foil under it depend to go container or it will melt through the styrofoam. If they ever get rid of the fresh cut fries, I'll stop going :)"

"We always love going to Bert's for breakfast and lunch! Last week we decided to go for Bangkok night and it was better than we could have imagined, and we will definitely be going there for dinner again soon!"

"SHOCKINGLY good food!!! We were visiting from NYC and stopped through randomly on our way back home, and randomly plucked this place from the map based on "restaurant nearby." Expectations were pretty low... But gosh all the food EXCEPtional!! We ordered a tuna melt and a steak platter with a side of corn nuggets + green beans. The tuna melt was probably in the top 3 of all tuna melts I've ever tried, rivaling all the best-rated diners in NYC. And the steak was perfectly cooked and a hefty chunk of meat. I'd never tried corn nuggets before and they might now be my favorite fried snack ever. I don't know if I'll ever find myself back in Allentown, PA or the vicinity, but if I ever return I'm definitely beelining for Bert's!"

"To say I'm utterly surprised is an understatement I walked in to get a milkshake and fried foods as one might late at night We were disappointed to see it was Thai only but then I saw they had Druken Noodles my favorite !! The Thai iced tea was delicious The drunken noodles were better than the ones I used to order in Bethlehem for almost $40! This plate was less than $15 Thai night is my favorite nights now The staff was all so sweet And the owner I think that's who he was greeted everyone too :) Not the mention they put dessert out in the middle of the room to display.... Ugh I wanted the whole tray"

"11/19/25 My husband and I stopped in for breakfast. First the employees super friendly. Old fashion ice cream counter. Beautiful clean place. Looks tiny from outside but you step in to a spacious but cozy feel. The coffee was the best I've ever tasted for real. I could have sat there for hours drinking the stuff. Reasonable priced. I just can't say enough nice things about the place. Even had a water bowl out front for fur babies. And they gave us a coupon for their Tai Night. My husband and I don't normally go out to dinner at night but we will give it a try based on their yummy breakfast."
